Cooperation
Since its establishment, the Interdisciplinary Center for Research on Education and Intercultural Communication has actively supported educational institutions in the processes of adaptation and integration of students with migration experience and those originating from diverse cultural backgrounds.
We warmly invite schools and preschools facing challenges related to increasing cultural and linguistic diversity to collaborate. The support offered includes:
- adaptation and integration workshops for students,
- initiatives supporting the development of intercultural competencies among teaching staff,
- participatory projects aimed at strengthening the agency of children and young people,
- expert consultations in the field of intercultural and inclusive education.
The overarching goal of all undertaken activities is to create inclusive educational environments that foster dialogue, mutual understanding, and the well-being of students functioning in multicultural contexts.
